Only issue is if you have insoles, the extra cushions will make your heel hit the back of your heel in a different spot. Sometimes rolls when I do more than 5 miles. Retains foot funk, but once washed and dried throughly, is better. Definitely helps with the heel pain though!! I feel the difference on my feet and knees.

These saved my heels from blisters trying to break in a new pair of Dr Martens. I highly recommend these!When I opened up the package, the cups had some sort of white powder on them. Maybe to prevent them from sticking together? Nonetheless, these are with the buy and the white residue doesn’t seem harmful.

Get heel inserts for your shoes/boots.These items work until you try to put your socks on, then 9 of 19 tries they curl up on your ankle. Too much work to get sock on over the item without curling g.

Breaking in new Doc Martens is no easy task. First wear of about an hour and a half absolutely destroyed my heels. Blisters so big they took 2 1/2 weeks to heal! After this discomfort I looked for alternatives. Needless to say these little bad boys have been a life saver. There’s a little bit of adhesion issues at least for me. I wear mine under a pair of thick socks and then the boots, they tend to roll a little when going into a shoe. They are definitely a weird feeling having partial silicone on your foot, but definitely a lifesaver. Highly recommend giving them a try!
