Standard Shipping
With our warehouse in U.S. and Euro, Pinkiou offers 5-7 working days shipping as our standard shipping option on all merchandise orders. It may be shipped with Local Post system, or UPS Economy or FEDEX Economy However, due to delays related to demand and COVID-19, Orders may experience delays that please understand it.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
We are unable to ship to multiple addresses in a single order. To ship to multiple addresses, we recommend placing a separate order for each address.

All orders process and ship Monday – Friday, logistics would be arranged by us.
Tracking Orders
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Most of our orders are shipped within 5-7 business days after the order has been placed.
