If you were to sweat these slide off so easily. And when you wash them the softness they were when you first got them is gone and they stick together. Overall I used them to wear with lotion for my dry heels. And it wasn¡¯t terrible, it just wasn’t great. I did wear without lotion and they still slid off easily after sweating.

Do a very good job preventing blisters. My only issue is keeping them in place when putting my shoes on or taking them off. Might feel a little weird at first but you get used to them.

It when I sleep at night. I put foot cream on then I wear these over me feet and the cream stays on my heel using these heel cups and it makes my heels so very soft the next day. I wash these by hand and they are very durable they don¡¯t stretch out of shape I give these a 5 star rating
