Didn’t expect much but it actually exceeded my expectations.
Do a very good job preventing blisters. My only issue is keeping them in place when putting my shoes on or taking them off. Might feel a little weird at first but you get used to them.
These have saved my ankles. Especially when trying to break in a new pair of boots, it creates a nice thick and comfortable barrier between the shoe and my heel. I no longer dread breaking in a new pair of shoes.

It when I sleep at night. I put foot cream on then I wear these over me feet and the cream stays on my heel using these heel cups and it makes my heels so very soft the next day. I wash these by hand and they are very durable they don¡¯t stretch out of shape I give these a 5 star rating
I started walking and developed blisters on the back of my heal. I ordered these to be preventative, they provide additional cushion on my heal while protecting me from getting blister. I am even able to wear them over a bandage while the blisters heal. Loved them so much that I ordered a second pair
